Women's Beginners Weightlifting class w/ Kate

 

Mondays and Wednesdays
5:00 am-6:00 am

$80 members only per 5-week session

Complete Body Fitness Evening Class w/ Lynae
Mondays and Wednesdays
5:20 pm-6:00 pm
$45 members, $60 non-members per 8-week session

Better Body Bootcamp Morning Class w/ Kate
Tuesday and Thursday Mornings
5:00 am-6:00 am
$45 members, $60 non-members per 8-week session

These fitness classes will bring you something new every day and are a perfect way to work on reaching your fitness goals.
Look forward to a combination of cross-fit, cardio, strength training, and yoga.
Each class will focus on a different aspect of fitness and give you the perfect amount of variety to keep you from getting bored, falling into a slump, or reaching that fitness plateau.
